Drawing Workshop with Michael Webb (Archigram)
Fri Feb-1 to Sat Feb-2:
TWO-DAYS CHARETTE WITH MICHAEL WEBB_
Students are invited to apply to join legendary architect Michael Webb (former member of Archigram) for a special charrette focused on drawing. The charrette will start on Friday, Feb. 1st, and conclude on Saturday, Feb. 2nd. The Dean’s Office will inform the current studio instructors that selected students will only be able to allocate Sunday to their studio project.
All application materials must be sent to the Dean’s office, and we will forward them to Michael Webb, who will make the final selection of the students who will participate in this unique event.
If you want to apply to be part, please note that the all submission materials are DUE at the Dean’s Office this Tuesday, January 29th, at 6 p.m. Students must submit the following:
- A statement explaining why you would be a good candidate for the charrette. Be sure to include information on your interest, specifically, in working with Mr. Webb as well as specific research interest on your part that might along well with the workshop theme.
- Three (3) projects from your portfolio that exemplify your creative spirit. These should be sent as PDF files.
Materials must be sent to RPI Box. Please send an email to Pam Zepf () to let her know that you wish to apply for the charrette, she will provide you a link where to upload the application materials.
