Blast-Off! Discussion: CREMBIL & HOWER
Associate Professor Gustavo Crembil and Lecturer Fleet Hower will host this semester’s Blast-Off! Career Discussion Event. The conversation will be centered around the their career paths and how they ended up where they are today.
Gustavo Crembil received his a professional Diploma of Architect from Universidad Nacional de Cordoba (Argentina) and Master of Architecture from the Cranbrook Academy of Art in Michigan. A former Fulbright Fellow, his accolades include the Brown’s Fellowship (RPI), the Rotch Studio grant, Unesco-Aschberg, and Argentina’s Fondo Nacional de las Artes and Fundacion Antorchas. Gustavo was a founding partner of “THEM”, a collaborative design practice recognized as an emerging architectural voice. He initiated and directs the Latin American Program at SoA/RPI.
Fleet Hower received a Bachelor of Arts from the Georgetown University, and a Master of Architecture and Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Fleet also received the Lewis Dales Traveling Fellowship and Will M. Mehlhorn Scholarship for his excellence as a student. Most recently, Fleet is involved in design research focused on topological formation using non-linear generative techniques.
